Im looking for accountant recommendations in the Manchester - Concord NH area. Hubby and I have a handful of multi families, we both have w2 day jobs and we have another side hustle going on. We are looking to get the most tax advantages from our RE business to offset our personal taxes as much as possible.

Preferably looking for someone who truly understands the ins and outs of the RE industry, can advise us on making the best decisions for our business and prepare our taxes. Please pass along your recommendations.

We are signing on our first investment property and have been busy getting everything up.  I have purchased Quickbooks Pro and wondering if there is a right or wrong way to set this up?  We are planning on finding a CPA at some point (sooner then later) and are also wondering if a CPA would advise how to set up Quickbooks.  I have been watching some YouTube videos but there seems to be many different ways to set this up, sorting through has been a little daunting.  Any advice would be appreciated.

@Nathan G. Thank you. That’s a good point about the fees. Definitely something to consider.

Getting ready to open a bank account for our investment property LLC. Wondering if it’s better to go with a small bank, big bank, credit union or does it not matter?
