Hello everyone, my name is Christopher and I'm looking at buying my first property in Bridgeport,Ct. So I'm wondering if I should do it the house is a 8 room 3 bath duplex, and there are already tenants living there. I've looked at pictures of the property and it looked very clean and comfortable, but I'm going to take an actual look at it soon. So I'm wondering should I buy this place and just collect the rent until paid off and why would the owner sell if everything seems fine? Thanks guys and gals.
