I am very new at all of this and I am currently studying up on REI. I am just curious if an REIA is a good place to start as a newbie to gain knowledge and info on the subject. Thank you for any responses in advance.

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher and I'm very much a beginner at all of this. I've always wanted to get into the business of real estate investing. I'm not too sure where to start or best things to study and would love any extra advice from people on wholesales and flipping. And thank you in advance for any advice.
