SFH in Jackson ,MI!! 80% renovations complete. All major mechanical completed with passed permits. Flooring, paint and trim remaining. Comps in the $110-130K, Room for 15-20% profit if sold once completed, or can rent for $1200 if holding. Asking $80,000. Contractor, budget and scope of work in place waiting to start. Have lots of pictures to send. Here is an exterior shot.

Hey BP family, we are looking for local and remote investors looking to expand their portfolio in the small multi family market. We are working on multiple duplex and triplex rehabs that we are looking to offload. They can come rented or vacant! And of course we have property management in place. Also.... would anyone be interested in SFH for rental??
