Greetings fellow Investors, looking to diversify my "wholesaling" efforts this year and the art of finding more distressed properties and in this case, property owners. Hearing a lot of good things over the years with regards to utilizing overseas VA's (usually the Philippines) from my more successful colleagues. Unfortunately I have not yet joined the ranks of that level of success where I felt I could justify paying a VA. That said, I was wanting to look into scouring the "tax delinquent" properties (pre-auction/pre-foreclsoure) lists for potential clients. It seems the biggest hurdle in this particular strategy is the daunting task of "scrubbing, or scraping" the lists. With that, figured this could finally be my first need and or justification for using a VA. Can anyone lend some advice on this and or suggest a VA company or service, particularily one with "Real Estate Investing" experience/background? Any and all input, guidance and advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi Matt, thanks much. Just getting started in the Philly market, got a few things going already. Will def be in touch.

RE Investor with properties in the NE Philly market, Im not in the local area. Need an "experienced:" wholesaler that has closed deals in the Philly and eastern PA markets for JV deals. I have heavily marketed the area, as well as extensive SEO, but will not live in the area until next year. Need help with the deals Im getting, preferably a wholesaler that can handle the back end of the deal (i.e.: has cash buyers list). Willing to split 50/50. Thanks much. Please call me direct 301-538-2582
