Hey everyone, I am about to close on my first deal in the saint Louis Mo market. I will be house hacking a duplex. I plan to update some of the appliances and a little remodel. Does anyone know a good contractor or handy man that services the 63109 area. I am also looking for a good place to buy kitchen and house appliances!
