Hey I'm relocating back to Tampa Monday glad to her you are interested in real estate me and my wife are also getting into the business since her dad is a contractor. I see you say your an insurance underwriter my wife is a home property claims adjuster.. Me I own a Detail business I'm intermediate with my real estate knowledge no expert on Tampa market but I know enough to get cash flow..So let me know what you come up with maybe we can help each other or find a deal together?
