Hello bigger pockets community, I just wanna start of by saying i’m very knowledgeable and driven in many different aspects of real estate. I am currently looking for people in the North Eastern Pennsylvania who have successfully completed projects such as fix and flips, brrr, and other methods. I am willing to travel for a chance to learn and or shadow your daily routine as well as study how you handle and maneuver all situations related. I also have about 10k to get our first investment rolling as a team once i feel like i have gained all necessary information and have seen and been apart of flips successfully from whoever my mentor turns out to be. i am currently a new father , in college, and working full time i will by all means extend myself as much as possible. I’m going to make this happen regardless but the chance to learn from a professional is my missing link.

Thank you all!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Sherriffs sales can be tricky business for somebody looking to get a decent property for a good price. With so many different sales held i believe two of the most common are the Tax Deed sales and Judicial Sales. Although both can be high risk is a Tax Deed sale or Judicial sale property more beneficial considering all aspects? (may that be liens etc)
