Post: Bandit Signs: Where to get them for an affordable price?

Do any successful wholesalers have some good recommendations for where to order cheap bandit signs? I am beginning to see them sprout up all around northeast Ohio which tells me people are executing wholesale deals around the area and I want to get in, I just want to get the most out of my marketing expenses.

Thanks to everybody for the advice and insight. That bandit sign story injected even more confidence into what I already have, it let me know that persistence will produce results.

Thanks for the detailed response. A lot of clarity came from it. You pretty much answered my initial question and any other one that could come after. Is a RE license required to work for a property management company?

With no money or credit, is it really possible to get into any form of real estate outside of wholesaling houses?

thanks that was helpful, I'll look into applying this method to my next deal

Anybody from Ohio without a license who has successfully and legally done a wholesale deal without double closing please explain.

Glad to see this question answered. I needed clarification on the same topic.

I ran across a post on here about why wholesaling isn't really the best way to start real estate for newbies. I wanted opinions from wholesalers or people who agree that it isn't an ideal way of starting up.

How vital is it to get a mentor for an amateur wholesale investor? What kind of vocabulary is mandatory to operate as a trustworthy/credible wholesaler ?
