Well Joe Tomko currently using the old school marketing methods; bandit signs, driving for dollars, social media, etc... Looking for distress houses, and hoping to land a wholesale deal. REI, that's recreational equipment Inc, right? I wouldn't even know where to begin with that. I dont have much capital, so would borrowing money from lenders be a good idea being in the beginning stage? Finding delinquent mortgage sounds like another good way to stream income.
