I actually ended up selling the property for a slight profit. It was on the Main Street (E Centre Street) and very close to highway (I81), that would seem to make it a very lucrative rental market were my original thoughts. Hope that helps, I’m looking at a few other options in this area though as I think it may be up and coming.
