Hey Josh, Thanks for your response. I live in Texas but I am currently in the Atlanta area doing a build. I travel for 6-12 months at a time in my current role mostly in the Eastern US. I’m interested in getting into fix and flips and wholeselling to start with the goal to start BRRR after building up my reserves. I would be comfortable managing my own builds as I have also owned a residential remodeling company in the past. I had to shut that down due to opening a restaurant which didn’t work out so well.

Looking for advice on getting into RE Investing. Mostly interested in Fix and Flips and Whole-selling. Currently working as a construction superintendent overseeing multi million dollar builds. I have 3-4k a month in surplus. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
