Im looking for any private lender in nc or does nationwide that would be willing to fund a apartment building rental. Not sure on any prices yet. Im wanting to know if anyone would do a 90-100% LTC with a max 9% interest rate. With no upfront costs. This would be long term so a few years. Im seriously into real estate and i want to make my first move on a big ticket. I do know that this is a hard thing to ask for. Seeing as a 20% minimum down payment is normal. Im military so we dont get paid like crazy so im no where near reach. So im just looking to see what would be the best option. Thanks to all!!

To you and anyone else opinion i really DONT CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL this thread is about a contract. I dont care about true wholesaling im not retarted this is a way i can do wholesale to get somewhere in life. So i can move on to other things. If yall are buddy buddy with each other then talk to each other nobody cares.

I think its safe to say.. this is wayyy beyond just his cat? Maybe his dog and fish too. Its like john wick over here has to HE MUST destroy peoples lives for something that is legal?
