Looking for some advice on our plan to get started with our real estate biz. Currently own a home with approximately $100k in equity. We plan to purchase a rehab property through our LLC. We would sell our current home, then rent the rehab property from our LLC and live in it while we complete the rehab. Once the rehab is completed, we would either continue to rent the property or flip it depending on the market. We would reinvest the $100k equity from the sale of our current home back into our LLC to purchase additional properties for BRRR.
Does this make sense to you seasoned pros and are there any reasons not to do it this way?
