Thank you for your responses.

I don't know at this time for credits.  Actually I keep seeing that some cities are trying to ban gas in new construction. At this time I am planning on selling them individually as condos.  It will cost more for the gas plumbing and all related items.  I'm just trying to see if I'm limiting my buyer pool by not installing gas.  Obviously it will save me money, but if the current buyer wants gas it might be with the extra expense.

I also considered selling it as a duplex which I would not install gas.  I am then again limiting my buyer pool to pretty much investors.

I'm building a duplex to be made into condos in south Everett WA. I don't know if I'll get my ROI by installing gas.

Also ROI selling as condos and not a duplex

I'm building a duplex to be condos in Everett WA.  Will I get a better return spending the money to install gas?
