You are actually offering your contract for a consideration amount NOT Selling the property

It's the agreement or paper you are offering for investors, rehabbers, end buyers to step in as the buyer.  You are not selling the property BUT assigning your contract to the person or entity that will come to closing with purchase amount (plus) your assignment consideration

Doesn't it affect your credit score when every time you want to do business in several MH Parks at a time, your credit is run?  Is there any way around this, especially since I don't intend to live there but only sell it to an end buyer/owner.   Some of you must have some tips on how to present this to a park manager?  Thanks!

I will be in Houston from Feb. 11 - 24.  I am coming from out of state in preparation to move to Houston.  I have invested part time in mobile homes but am unfamiliar with how it's done in Texas and the Harris/Montgomery counties.  thanks!

Hi,

I'm Cindy and I've done real estate investing and mobile homes in another state.  I am moving to the Houston area and would like to meet wholesalers, flippers, and others doing mobile homes for advice on the Texas market and any tips you might have.  I look forward to meeting you.
