Contact @Joel Lurz for lead issues or concerns. His wife Tonya doesn't have a profile on here but she is very knowledgeable.  I met her in an Home Inspection CE class this month which she should have been the instructor.

You are some what correct @Nilesh Makhija. I am a realtor and newbie investor/wholesaler.  It's not that realtors don't want to help you or don't know how to help you find your deals. Realtors are in the business to make money also and just like an investor feels that their time is money, well realtors feel the same way. @Kimberly H. that's not to say that your business isn't wanted or even need.  Trust me it is.. Because I can look at it from all sides now, I have a better understanding of the mentally of each player in this real estate investment game.  My advice and this is just my opinion... Look for a realtor that YOU can work with. Someone that works with you not against you. They are out there.

Thanks Joel.. Do you know what the price breakdown is. Say for instance, $5 or $10 dollars for per 50 or 100 pieces. I'm just trying to get a ruff figure. Thanks again..

I have been an retail agent for the last three years and now I'm entering the investment world which I love. My question is how should I proceed when it comes to writing contract/ going after deals that are listed through a brokerage whether it be a flip or wholesale etc.
Should I have another agent right the offers for my LLC?
Should or can I write up offers for my own LLC and receive commission. Am i going to run into any legal or ethical issues.
And lastly should I promote my investment company through the brokerage I'm currently with or keep them separate.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.... Thanks!
