Hi Angel. If you message me the address I can get more accurate on the rental comps for you. Deltona is a very hot flip market for sure. 

The rent for a 3/2 with a 2 car garage in Deltona ranges between $1,000 and $2,500 - just depends on the location, condition, schools, etc.
