Hello Guys!

Excited to have joined the BiggerPockets community. I have spent only a few minutes browsing the site and already feel the good vibes, not to mention the immense amount of information. I am from the South Florida area and I am an aspiring Real Estate investor. My goal is to learn as much as possible on Real Estate and pull the trigger on a buy-and-hold deal, however, plans are subject to change depending on what I learn from this community. At the moment, I am attending college to pursue a degree in Computer Science and also work full time as an IT Technician.
