I am ready to purchase a few homes with a few people I know personally. We wanted to know basically the do's and don'ts to protect each person and to have something written out that each one can have so that if things take a different turn, each person knows what to do and how to do it. Ultimately, we want to know how to protect each investor. Hope that makes sense. We have alot of questions without writing them out but can on here if needed. Thanks!

Hi everyone. I've been listening to the podcast since show 3 and am finally writing on BP. I know, im a bum. I've enjoyed every second of it and am close to buying first investment property. I'm thinking a buy and hold primary for the cash flow. Glad to be here and thanks to everyone who has contributed to the forums. It helps tremendously to us folks who are starting out
