Hi Everyone, New to biggerpockets and investing in the Houston area. I am looking to buy a single family home in the Houston area. I have narrowed my research to either Pearland or Cypress (was looking at Katy also but now focusing on Pearland and Cypress specifically). I am looking to buy as a long term rental for appreciation (i.e. >10-15 yrs). Looking for some tips on which zip codes within Pearland and Cypress to target. Price range is less than $200K and if less than $170 even better. Thanks for your posts and help. Really appreciate it. Clarence
