I'll have to go to some of those meetings. Have you invested at all in the warzone or any units by tramway and central? I'm debating on getting my start there since I've lived in similar areas when I was younger but in a different city. The times I've driven by I didn't notice any vandalism or anything and was wondering if you've had any experience in those areas.

Basically local, my farthest run is El Paso and back. I haul the food that gets delivered out to restaurants etc. I'm looking at investing in fourplexes and working my way up from there. I've heard quite a few success stories from people who started off wholesaling so I'm curious about that as well.

Hey guys, my names Clayton and I'm a truck driver here. Started to realize that i don't want to do this all my life, and how could I start to build income and be my own boss. Realized that there are guys out there making a substantial amount in real estate and it could be the perfect answer. 

I've listened to roughly 20 podcasts so far and have learned quite a bit. I look forward to learning more about the business and learning from all of you and hopefully contributing when I have the knowledge. I'm looking at getting into multifamily, and possibly into assignments.

Anyone that's in the area and wants to get together feel free to contact me. Even if you're not in the area and would like to offer advice you're more than welcome of course.
