@Dan L. I appreciate the info! I have heard a bit about the slow down, but I there's got to be some opportunity out there for savvy international investors gearing up for acquisitions in the next recession. I work deals all over the US, happen to be headquartered here in FL. What do you think someone like myself could do to attract those Chinese investors that are still looking for properties here?

I know a lot of folks in China are looking to get their assets secured in the US, and I see deals all the time that American investors may not jump at that would fit international buyers' criteria perfectly. The problem is, I'm not sure how to connect with Chinese buyers. Aside from language barrier, I just don't have a network over there.
I've seen sites like Juwai that attempt to connect American real estate professionals with Chinese buyers, and I'm curious if anyone has had experience with that. Really just looking for suggestions in general on how to help these folks get their money out of China and into American real estate.
