There a company here's in houston, they do owner finance service. They will send payment info to all credit bureaus. To help increase their credit score so they get loan from a bank. When I find the name will update my post

Joe, all those banner along the road investor try to sell a home could be start of your buyer list. So when you see them jot the number down and gave them call ask what type of home that looking to purchase. You can do the same way on craigslist too.

First find your motivate seller by bandit sign, craiglist, or driving for dollars.When you get the property under contract. You will find a buyer! No question about that. Any bandit sign you see gave them a call they maybe investor or buyer.

They both are correct so if you have a good relationship with realtor get them to do the comps. Now if you are a go getter they are numerous web site you can use to get comps like zillow and realtor.com.

I have this deal could put under contract but she already have contract with a realtor for 6%. The property is list on the MLS. But the problem is not selling. My question can i put the house under contract. Do I need to wait till contract is over. If i can how would i write up the contract.
