Thank you Ben. I'm on the search for books that provide in-depth advice. I'm studying concepts and the lingo of real estate at the moment and look forward to learning the math, law, zoning, and anything that has to do with the cost of building materials and labor in the Seattle metro area. 

My living situation is covered so I'm thinking of doing the Brrrr strat first instead of house hacking.

Any advice on this would be well appreciated and welcomed.

From what I've seen there are thousands of books to learn how to invest in real estate. Is there recommendations on books to help me educate myself in real estate?
