Quote from @Mason Stewart:

My wife and I are in search of real estate groups near or around Stephenville, TX.

The reason we are in search of these groups is so we can begin networking and getting our name out there. We currently fix and flip in our local market and now we are looking into different funding options that could potentially help us scale at a faster rate. Our first few deals have been very successful and our local banks have been very helpful to an extent. The requirements and hoops we are having to jump through to acquire funding are making future deals harder to obtain.

I understand private money is a great option and we would love to form a relationship with a trusted private lender in our local area. The problem has been finding these lenders so we can sit down for a conversation.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

-Mason-

@Mason Stewart if I hosted an REI event in Stephenville in Q3 of this year, would y'all attend?

BP Community:

I’m building out a list of videos that will highlight the economic development in the specific cities/towns we invest in. We’ll use these as visual aids in our presentations to investors, during dispo of fix and flips, and for our property managers to show prospective out-of-town tenant leads.

The current 4 categories I have line out:

1. Education (K-12, High Ed, Trade Schools)
2. Industrial (Large Employers and Manufacturing Growth)
3. Agricultural (Farming, Ranching, and ecotourism)

4. General Market Dynamics (Population Growth, New Construction/Development, DOM, average SFR Purchase Price)

What other topics would you recommend be addressed in our content that would showcase the future growth and opportunities to our stakeholders?

Thanks for your input!
