I dont agree that they are a waste of time. They have been around a long while which is true, but they are perfect for what they are designed for. Generating calls some calls that could happen at anytime 24 hrs a day. If you have an office number and someone is looking at midnight they wont call but with this they will. All the neighbors will call and many of them will know someone wanting to live in the area.
You can always have a sign rider with your cell phone also.

When I had them they were 50-60 a month so it sounds like a good deal.
If you are an LO then dont believe the crap about giving it to your RE agents so they can be loyal to you. Not gonna happen If they have half a brain they can figure out how to get there own, and even though these companies sware they wont let your realtor sign up after you have introduced them to it, They will. Good Luck
Rates may fall .5 wow what a market! :shake:

They might as well buy it for 3 B they have invested money to bail them out.
And yes Countrywide was very proactive, but unfortunetly they were too greedy.
When I was in whole sale 2003-2005 they were using there retail division to contact and compete with there wholesale division.
I know of several brokers that had deals in at countrywide that had there loans biked by a retail rep at countrywide. I also new brokers that would not use them since this was there practice doing a refinance.

I guess when you are too greedy even the best will fall. :violin:

I to have experienced slumloards. I live in the north hollywood area where everything is being torn down and built back up. There are alot of resources here though Department or health services. It may take time but do the research. I hope all works out well for you. Remember what comes around goes around. Just keep moving forward and dont stop! Happy Holidays.

My Name is Carole and I am new to this site. I have been in the Real Estate field for 20 yrs now. Started as a real estate agent, then Broker. 10 yrs ago I switched to the mortgage side, have been a wholesale rep for numerous banks and a mortgage credit analyst. I have made many real estate investments myself and have done very well knowing when to buy and when to sell. I also have 3 boys, my oldest is 24 and is in the army. He will be leaving to the middle east in March. My middle son just made me a grandma with a beautiful little girl. My youngest son is 14 and a star football player. My passion is singing and acting and I do that now that my kids are older. OMG I could go on forever. LOL
