Thanks! We just lucked into it really...we bought this house for $140k January of 2012. It's was the very bottom of the market(we didn't know that). Right now we are in the countering process at $381k. We are hoping to be in escrow this week! Michael Mazzella have you done any mentoring? Is that something you'd be interested in? We are all in! This is what we want to do but, need someone who's been doing this to show us the ropes:) thanks all! We are excited to find bp and that we didn't buy into the 40k "advanced training" at the seminar we attended!

Aloha! I'm new to real estate investing and this forum...just thought I'd introduce myself and welcome any advice for starting out! My husband and I live in hawaii and are in the process of selling our first house which we bought as a foreclosure. We fixed it up ourselves and lived in it for two years in order to avoid capital gains. It's been an eye opener and a game changer as far as making money in real estate. We should be making a profit of $200k+! Our goal is to fix and flip a few homes in Arizona(my home state) and then buy and hold some multi family units. All advice is welcomed and appreciated! Mahalo
