Hello BP community! I have not started investing yet, still learning and working on developing a business plan. I'm about 80% sure that I want to do house flipping, so that's what my current business plan is revolved around. My questions today is for those of you who are in the DC, MD, VA area: Typically, what is the market for single-family homes? Also, what is the "rule of thumb" you use to determine how much you will buy a SFH to make a significant profit? Any help is much appreciate!
