I move manufactured homes already but I already opened a new manufactured home dealer so I am looking for an investor to help fund the purchase of 3-5 new manufactured homes from the factory and get some percentage of every home sold, so my question is where can I find one or where will be the best place to find someone interested.

It will be mobile homes that have to be moved from the property 

I would like to start wholesale mobile homes around my area, which forms should I use to assign the mobile homes?

is there any company that certifies title on tax deeds or a title insurance company that insures tax deeds ?

Hi everyone, I know that when you work or expend money on a house that you got from a tax deed in Alabama and is redeemed you get back your expenses but what about a tax deed that is just land with trees, do you get back your expenses if you pay someone to cut off some trees or clean up, what about if you pay for water service and electricity to be installed, or if you pay to move a mobile home to the land and pay for a septic tank and the owner redeems the lot or land do you get back what you expended

i would like to know what is the process to sell a tax deed that I got 2 months ago in the state of Alabama? Is it the same as a regular house deed where you go to an attorney and you sign and the buyer signs and then the deed is recorded at the court house?
