Thanks Ned. I am going to the dcreia.com meeting. If there is a BP meetup group I'm very interested in that as well.
Cheers,
CK

Hey Brandon Turner,
It was a Google search I believe. I hit a blog post, which then pulled me into the forums and I was hooked. Subscribed to the podcast yesterday and I've listened to three so far; they're awesome by the way. I decided this afternoon I needed to be a part of the forums rather than just reading, so here I am! :)
I have read the guide, it was very good reading. Chapters 3 and 4 were what I needed to hear/read right now but the whole thing was excellent.
Can't wait for the app, it will indeed be awesome (how will I ever get any work done?)
One thing i forgot to add to my intro. To put it succinctly there is no hype in the content BP provides and that is what makes this such an excellent resource. I hope one day I can reach back the way so many others are doing so today. A big thank you to all the people who make BP what it is.
CK

Hello Bigger Pockets!
My name is Coire Kyle, I am from Fort Washington, MD (in the suburbs outside of DC). I'm 29, a computer scientist by day and totally addicted to this site after discovering it a few days ago.
I've been interested in real estate investing for the past 10 years or so and I've finally decided I need to stop wasting time and get involved. Right now I see myself pursuing a strategy of primarily seeking rental cash flow which I will support/supplement with a few flipping deals annually.
I'm planning on attending my first REIA meeting next Saturday and am really excited at the prospect of being around fellow real estate investors.
Like most new investors I would love to find somebody I can help help me as a mentor. Whether that's through providing photography\videography services, running errands, or unskilled labor if it's something I can do I am willing to do it.
See you around the forums!
CK
P.S. - I don't know what technology the forums are built on but it would be cool if they lend themselves to being turned into a BiggerPockets app.
