@Javar Hargrave what I’ve been taught is to take a tape measure and pen and paper with you when you go look at a house. Take measurements of rooms, take notes of things that need fixed. Then go home and you can take your measurements or list and look up and see what things cost and kind of get an idea of what it will run ya. Probably not the best way to do it but how I’ve come up with to do it. I’m very new to this also.

Hello everyone. I’m a younger guy from Nebraska and am very serious about getting into real estate. I’ve been researching and listening to the podcast quite a bit. I’d like to do the brrrr method. I’m looking for someone that would be willing to mentor/teach me the ways of this life. I’m looking for that financial freedom this can give. My family didn’t have a lot growing up and don’t want my future family to have to struggle like we did. Thanks for any advice you guys have.
