I've been using Cozy for online payments for the last year. They can schedule monthly payments and there isn't any cost to the landlord. I have been very happy with it.

Dan Krupa I checked start up fees for myself and it cost me ~$600 to get up and running. $70 a month seems normal, I think what would be most beneficial is to interview several smaller shops and several larger places. I am somewhat preferential to a smaller broker that is successful and doesn't have a tie to a national real estate company (Reece and Nichols, KW, etc) but that is just me. I can see the positive of a larger company too, you bring immediate company reputation with you. Find what's best for you and your goals and go from there! Pm or email me if you would like to talk through it some more.
