@Jason Hatcher Welcome to BP! As you can see from this post Florida, and the Tampa Bay area is a very popular place for investing in real estate. Not to mention, Who wouldn't want to live is such an awesome state with water all around you. @Jacob Chak Sounds like you found a great deal. Had to work for it though!  Keep us posted on how the rehab process goes. What part of St. Pete is the property in?
