Hello everyone,
What is the best way to contest property tax valuations? Is it better to hire a seasoned firm to do this? If so, what firms are worth the expense?
What about doing it yourself?
How often does a contestation result in an increase in the assessment?
Thank you for your help in advance!

We purchased property with a billboard on it - however, we have no use for it. What is a typical market rate to charge someone who wants to advertise on my billboard?
What if I were to allow an advertising company to take control of the billboard?
Thanks for your guidance!

Hello, about to buy my first property (in Texas) and the lender tells me all of a sudden that we need hazard insurance and general liability and excess (umbrella) liability insurance within the next two days to close on time. Any suggestions on the lowest-cost provider in this area so we can get this done ASAP?

Hello, my lender is asking for us to get a "Texas Association of Realtors Commercial Contract Amendment" form because we have had to move forward the closing date because of some delays on their part (we thought it would be OK to simply change the closing date on the original contract and have both buyer/seller initial - why is this not OK?) - I have been searching online for this everywhere but am unable to find this. How could I obtain this?
Thank you for your prompt help - we intend to close very soon.
