Looking good, Mike - you won't have any trouble renting these units.

Hi Melissa -

Welcome. I work at Central, so I'm happy to see another Blue Devil looking to invest in the community!

Welcome, @Tony Marzano. I'm a newbie myself, but learning the ropes from @Michael Noto. He's a great resource.

Mike, why did you have to evict if the tenants were on month to month leases? Can't you just give them 30 days notice to vacate?

Great post - I'm fairly new to BP & REI as well. Looking to do BRRRR deals in Hartford County. One of the things that this area seems to lack is a good meetup. Fairfield County has one, but I can never muster the energy to drive an hour each way after work to attend. Would be very interested in starting one somewhere in the West Hartford vicinity.

What a great thread! Thanks so much for posting. I learned a lot. I work at CCSU, and this thread has convinced me to start looking for deals in my own backyard. I hope we can connect soon.

Hi Mark -

I'm in a similar situation. Just moved to WH, and slowly exploring REI in the area. Hopefully, there'll be an area meetup sometime where we can connect with other investors in the area.

Regards,

Ken
