My tenant started late July has made some requests to fix during walk through. It includes closet door track not completely smooth, blinds not holding up well when pulled up half way, balcony floor has weather stains, two cabinet door laminate some peeling, etc. I have the issues addressed within 3 weeks working around their schedule with 2 appointments. After it is done, she has asked for rent reduction next month because the inconvenience I have caused. 

These issues did not remove usage or functionality of the rental space. Should I honor this request? How do you quantify inconvenience?
