Hey BP in SLC!

I have a parcel ready to break ground. Does anyone have referrals/ideas on the best way to connect with a builder for a 2-4 unit apartment building?

@Christopher Smith

Thanks so much for the personal insight!

I’m not 100% certain I need to part ways just yet. They definitely aren’t long term tenants but I might consider just leaving it as is until Covid blows overs.

We’ll see how rent goes on the 1st. Thanks again.

I purchased a small multi unit about 1 year ago and inherited the tenants. They’ve all been fine except for 1, even with a rent increase.

With a month to month lease, can I still end the lease and give notice during Covid?

I’m asking because Utah banned evictions til 5/15, but this wouldn’t be considered an eviction?

[I’ll consider anything not financial or legal advice so I’ll get that out of the way for you :-) ]

Thank you! Happy to elaborate!
