Hey Roger, I know this is a bit of a late response, but I just saw this! I was attracted to Foley because I have a family member that currently lives there. So he is able to help provide boots on the ground for the property. We have been able to rent out almost immediately after purchasing and it currently cash flows roughly $250 a month.
