Hi all,

My name is Connor Kapp and I am an agent in St Louis, MO! I am new to RE investing and trying to read/learn as much as I can. I have also joined a RE investing group that meets monthly.

I am looking to purchase my first duplex before the spring. If anyone has advice for a first time house hacker or investing advice in general, I am all ears. Thank you!!
