I just paid off all my credit card debt with my savings with hopes of improving my score but now I don't have as much "saved" for my down payment..
Was that the right or wrong move?

What can anyone Suggest about being in this situation?

I am currently looking to run the numbers for a duplex to find out what my NOI would be..
My question is if I plan to house hack this duplex should I not include the rent of the unit I plan on occupying to calculate NOI, since it technically isn't my income?
Please help..

Once I have the info that I need ( rent roll / operating expenses, etc) how do I use them to calculate if it's worth it to buy an investment property? #MultiFamily #REI
