I am seeing a growing number of red flags with my current management over the past several months and would welcome any recommendations for quality SFH and duplex management for my units in Columbia, SC and West Columbia, SC.

If you are pleased with your current management company I would love to hear from you.

Really appreciate your time and consideration.

My family and I are very happy with Scott Wallace. He has managed for us for about 3 years.

Responsive to owner and tenant needs. Screens applicants very well. Performs regular interior / exterior inspections. Does a good job advertising and keeping units occupied with qualified applicants.

Your broker and Wayne are correct. Homepath financing ended October 2014.

5% down at 4.3% with no PMI is pretty darn good as long as it is fixed and not an interest only loan.
