I'm in town for the week until Friday, August 26 and am hoping to meet up with an agent (or two) during my trip to talk about neighborhoods and possibly view properties. Ideally looking for small multi-family properties, but also open to SFHs if the numbers are right. I am on a scouting trip at the moment and considering Des Moines as a possible investment area to deploy some capital later in the year or early 2023.

I'm free in the evenings as I am working during the day, but can also be available in the morning (before 9-10am) and during the lunch hour (1-2pm).
