Good morning, I am in the education stage of my journey to becoming a wealthy real estate investor. I am in Bergen county NJ. Currently taking night classes to get my real estate license. I originally was interested in wholesaling to get myself started and build myself enough money to put a down payment and begin the BRRRR strategy. Wholesaling in the Bergen county area seems to be hard to compete with considering the amount of power houses I've come across in my research. Please if anyone has any advice or any other creative investing strategies to help a young aspiring investor, please share here.
