@Maran Banta, Thanks! I was introduced to Bigger Pockets through the podcasts, they are very educational and inspirational. I have already attended one webinar and will continue to. Question, what's the best way to enter real estate investing? I'm thinking about getting my first property the traditional way using FHA loan but I want to use that to get more properties to buy and rent/flip. Any advice

My name is Corey from the Metro Atlanta area looking to get my start in real estate investing. I am making plans to purchase my first property in the next few months. I am looking for any advise on what to look for, tips when buying, and anything that helps me get started.
