@Theresa Harris thank you. I talked to my bank about an equity loan on the duplex and they would not do it since it is NOT my primary residence. Have you heard of anything like that before?

I have one duplex already. I just bought the house I’m in a in June and have both sides rented out on my duplex I cash flow about $900 on the duplex and have just over $200k in equity. I want more but I don’t want to put my family at risk.
