Thank you Sasha, Its a 500k loan so about 20k for it to come together. I had spoken with a couple of other lenders and they said it seemed pretty high. And of course against traditional lending. I just wanted to check because I have not done this before and didn't want to shop it if I didn't have to.

Thank you Stanley. I'm in Missouri and yes it seemed high. I understand the origination fee but 2% on the broker would bring the fees to 3%. Thank you for your response.

Hi,

I am looking to refinance some of my rental properties. I have 4 packaged together and so far a loan program at 6.48% Its got a 1% origination fee and a 2% broker fee. Does that sound right? I feel like the fees are pretty high in it. Just looking for some advice. Thank you in advance.

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has ever approached a school to buy one of their non used non functioning at all buildings. Im in Ohio and we found a great building that we may be able to rezone for multi family and I am not sure how to approach them. Would you call, write, stop by? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Its a weird situation and I understand if anyone has not had experience. Thank you in advance for any suggestions though.

Thank you Steven and Dan! Dan I will check out Keystone. They seem to be on this forum quite a bit so I will sift through some posts. I live in California so that would be a great resource. Seems like some of the CPA's in MO have been unable to get the best benefits for me so I appreciate the heads up!

Hi there,

I have been looking for a rockstar real estate investor knowledgeable CPA to help me save some of my profits in Kansas City, MO.

They can be located anywhere I just have my business there.

I have also seen a couple of threads but they are a couple of years old so I wanted to check back in.

Thank you so much in advance!
