Heeellllllpp......, I've recently gotten into this beautiful thing called Real Estate Investing (you really should look into it!) And want to see if I can prove to the rest of the naysayers wrong in every way that you can get deals done with no money out of your own pockets or those of close family members!!! I have deals in place waiting to be unloaded to any buyer who has a need for these beautiful properties (I will be designing each property myself, yes and you're welcome)! As for the lucky guy or gal willing to fund a handful of these such projects, handsome passive and or residual instant income await. Looking for any takers, throwing caution to the wind and going out on the limb (not really!)!
