Thank you all for the warm welcomes. I am interested in wholesaling at this very moment to build my experience and portfolio in REI. I like all strategies(exit strategies) for the simple reason is that I am helping individuals and communities at the same time securing my future with time and financial freedom. I just need to get in there and take action!

Hello to all in the bigger pockets community,
My name is Charles L. Patton III and I am super excited to be apart of a great network of motivated and passionate professionals. I am new to real estate and I am looking forward to building a legacy in real estate investing for generations to come. Last month I've taken a very informative 3-day seminar about real estate investing and every since then, I've been overly eager for more knowledge, contacts and ultimately my first deal. How I came across bigger pockets was not by any coincidence. The internet has a great approach to connect users with helpful information based on your surf and search. I am highly motivated, coachable, open-minded and very appreciative to all advice that is given. Thank you and much success to all!
