Where can I get a written contract to put out offers for wholesale or rehab properties?

New Investor needing a Realtor that is motivated to write offers, experienced, knowledgeable along with contacts that's needed to make a deal close in the DC Metro Region.

Thank you all for the warm welcomes. I am interested in wholesaling at this very moment to build my experience and portfolio in REI. I like all strategies(exit strategies) for the simple reason is that I am helping individuals and communities at the same time securing my future with time and financial freedom. I just need to get in there and take action!

My name is Charles L. Patton III and I am super excited to be apart of a great network of motivated and passionate professionals. I am new to real estate and I am looking forward to building a legacy in real estate investing for generations to come.
