Hey y’all I’m in Utah county and I work for vivint as an Alarm tech so I install the smart security systems. I’m supposed to work 4x10s but some days I work more and some less. They want us to find people to install it for if we want more time. I was wondering if there was another job in real estate that I can do for the days I get off early and the days I don’t work. I’ve thought about Property and Casualty or solar or just prospecting more for my company and trying to produce leads. I even thought about maybe getting into wholesaling but don’t know where to start or what should be best for my time. Any advice or things yall do would be helpful info thanks 🙏🏽

I'm  thrilled to let yall know that I'll be receiving David Greene's new book, "Pillars of Wealth," tomorrow! I've been listening to his podcast and it's had me pumped up about real estate investing and eager to share the valuable advice I've gained with my family and friends.

As a beginner in the real estate investing world, I'm currently looking at a property in Utah for my first house hack. The insights from David's podcast, alongside the guidance from BiggerPockets, have been instrumental in helping me learn, stay motivated, and even convince my wife to get on board with this exciting journey.

I can't wait to dive into the book and continue my education in real estate investing. If any of you have any insights, tips, or experiences you'd like to share about house hacking or Utah real estate, I'd love to hear it!

Let's keep the momentum going and help each other on our path to financial success through real estate. Thanks for being an incredible community of support and knowledge-sharing!

Hey Bigger Pockets community,

I hope you're all doing well! My name is Craedon Spencer, and I'm excited to introduce myself here. I've been lurking around the forums for a while, absorbing valuable information and insights from the amazing members of this community. Now, I'm ready to take a step forward and actively engage with the wonderful people here.

Currently, I work as a foreman for a demolition company, where we prepare houses for remodels. It's been an interesting journey, but I'm looking to take the next step in my real estate career. My goal is to obtain my general contractor license and start doing remodels for myself. I'm passionate about learning and growing in this industry, and I believe that a mentor can help me reach my goals faster.

One of the unique aspects of my situation is that I get to work all around Utah every day. This means I come across various properties that might be of interest to real estate investors. I can provide pictures and addresses of these houses, which could be incredibly useful for those practicing "driving for dollars." I'm eager to collaborate and share this information with fellow investors and enthusiasts.

My hope is to connect with people in the Utah area who can offer guidance, mentorship, and valuable insights to help me on my journey. I'm open to learning from your experiences and sharing what I can to contribute to our mutual growth.

So, if you're in the Utah area or if you have experience in general contracting, real estate investment, or if you're simply passionate about helping others on their journey, please feel free to reach out. I'm looking forward to connecting with you all, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Bigger Pockets community.

Let's grow and succeed together!

Best regards, Craedon Spencer
